"My UVA radiology journey has been full circle, I graduated from the Charles J. Tegtmeyer Program of Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures in2014. I then returned to UVA Neuro IR in 2019 and became the department supervisor in 2021. In Neuro IR we treat a wide variety of procedures, including diagnostic imaging, aneurysm coiling’s, MMA embolization’s andemergent thrombectomy. I truly enjoy working in Neuro IR as we are able to help the physicians and patients from diagnosis to treatment of an illness.UVA is a place that will give you the experience needed to successfully growing the radiology field while also providing career advancement."
